Welcome to GuessTheDot, a free topography guessing game. By using the game, and in particular by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate sign-in details and keep them safe. The game is intended for general audiences; if you are a minor, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Conduct & chat rules

Multiplayer includes a live chat and public display names. To keep it fun and safe for everyone, you must not:

• Send spam, flood the chat, or post repeated or unsolicited advertising;
• Post inappropriate content: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent material, or anything illegal;
• Impersonate others, or choose a display name that is offensive or misleading;
• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or disrupt games for other players.

3. Moderation

We may remove content and block, suspend or delete any account without prior warning if we believe it breaks these rules or harms other players or the service. We are not obliged to monitor all content, but we may act on it at our discretion.

4. Availability & liability

The base game is free to play; Pro is an optional paid subscription. The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or loss or corruption of data, including the loss of saved scores or high scores. Do not rely on the game to store anything important. Nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
